are a few simple guidelines to follow...
If
you are just beginning to use Spirulina powder, use 1-2 tsp. per recipe
until you adjust to the taste. Add Spirulina towards the end of the
cooking process, as the most benefit will be received the less it is
heated. You can add it to any of your existing recipes. It is a dry
ingredient so add it to the recipe accordingly.
